Emily Lundvall of Westmont was named the 2008 SEASPAR Athlete of the Year.  She accepted the award at the SEASPAR Sports Banquet held on May 8, 2008, at the Cornerstone Banquets in Darien.  Emily was nominated by her rhythmics gymnastics

SEASPAR recently received a donation of $5,000 from Thumbuddy Special.  The money will go toward program grants for children, teens, and adults registering for this summer's day camp programs.  This donation will allow SEASPAR residents with financial restrictions to participate

The Illinois Park and Recreation Certification Board has granted Dayell Muchowicz the distinction of being a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP).  She earned this distinction by completing all of the necessary preparation through education and experience and passed a national exam that
