Program Grants Available

The SEASPAR Board and staff are committed to offering programs at the lowest possible cost. However, due to financial restrictions, some individuals may find it difficult to pay the entire fee. To help those in need, a significant amount of program grants are made available through the generosity of donors. Each year, community organizations and individuals contribute dollars that are earmarked for program grants. We appreciate this support that allows participants to benefit from activities.

Programs grants are available for up to 50% of the program fee. Any balance due from a previous season must be paid prior to receiving additional program grants. Program grants are not available for overnight trips. Program grants are available for SEASPAR residents only.

Refund/Credit Procedures

• A refund is issued if an entire program is canceled by SEASPAR.
• No refund applies unless SEASPAR is notified two days before the start of the program.
• A prorated refund is issued if a written medical excuse accompanies the request.
• A $2 service charge is applied to each refund for each program canceled by the participant.
• No refund is given if a class is postponed due to low enrollment. If the class is subsequently canceled, a full refund is given.
