Special Olympics

Special Olympics Basketball TeamSEASPAR offers a variety of sports for all athletes to enjoy the spirit of competition. Athletes train under the guidance of experienced coaches who teach the athletes fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coaches’ ultimate goal is for each athlete to achieve his or her personal best.

All SEASPAR athletic teams are comprised of male and female athletes. Following a skills assessment of each athlete, participants are assigned to a team with athletes of similar abilities.

Competitions

SEASPAR Special Olympics GolfersSEASPAR teams compete against other Special Olympics teams throughout the season and have the opportunity to participate in local and state Special Olympics events and other competitions. SEASPAR is proud to have trained ten athletes who have competed in national and international Special Olympics events.

Application for Participation

Athletes wishing to participate in Special Olympics programs must have a current Special Olympics application for participation on file at SEASPAR. Download the application and submit it as directed on the form.
