Through the coordination and support of SEASPAR and the Fourth of July
Committee, the nation's only FAA-approved wheelchair accessible hot-air
balloon, Serena's Song, is a part of the Eyes to the Skies Festival! Free
tethered rides are available to people with physical and developmental
disabilities. A family member or attendant may share in this exciting
experience. Launches are held July 2 through July 4, from 6:00-
7:30 a.m. and 7:00-8:30 p.m. Each ride takes approximately 15
minutes.

Grove, Illinois, 60515, as soon as possible. Registration is taken on a first come,
first-served basis. Following registration, your launch time will be
