All SEASPAR participants and their families are invited to the “Nature Play for All Weekend” at the Children’s Garden in the Morton Arboretum on Sunday, May 31 from 10am to 4pm!
This special event is designed for SEASPAR families to explore, play, and connect with nature through a variety of accessible activities. Join us for a day filled with fun and wonder, featuring:
- Pond Exploration: Discover fascinating life in and around the pond.
- Seed Planting: Get hands-on with nature by planting your own seeds.
- Creative Art: Unleash your creativity with nature-inspired art projects.
- Story Time in American Sign Language: Enjoy enchanting stories told in ASL.
- Sensory Hikes: Experience nature’s beauty through guided sensory hikes.
Whether you’re getting your hands dirty in the garden, exploring the pond, or enjoying a quiet story, there’s something for everyone. This weekend is about celebrating nature in a way that is accessible and enjoyable for all!
Note: This opportunity is open to SEASPAR participants, family members, and guests. Please note that participants will not be supervised by SEASPAR staff at this event.
