Achieving Independence and Mobility Center for Independent Living (AIM-CIL)		https://aim-cil.org/	The Achieving Independence and Mobility Center for Independent Living provides leadership through training, community development, and advocacy to enable persons with disabilities to fully participate in family, social, and community life.
AID		AID ⋆ Association for Individual Development ⋆ Empowering Individuals... (aidcares.org)	AID provides life-enriching services that promote the highest level of independence and community participation, including: autism programs; permanent supportive housing; in-home support; developmental and vocational training; job placement and on-the-job coaching services; crisis intervention; victims services; mental health treatment; behavioral intervention; health and wellness; community education; and advocacy.
Aspire		https://aspirechicago.com/	Aspire provides community homes, day programs, therapy, job training, and career support to encourage the success of individuals with disabilities.
Birth Injury Center		https://birthinjurycenter.org/cerebral-palsy/symptoms	The mission of the Birth Injury Center is to assist anyone who has been affected by a birth injury. Cerebral Palsy is the most common motor disability for children, and the Birth Injury Center offers information and resources specifically for those with CP and their families.

Clearbrook		Clearbrook – Enrich Lives. Embrace Potential	Clearbrook offers personalized children’s, adult day, employment, residential, and clinical services at more than 60 locations throughout Chicagoland. In addition, Clearbrook is the largest provider of home-based services in the state of Illinois.
Community Support Services		Home \| CSS Services	Community Support Services initiates, provides, and promotes services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families, within their communities, in order to strengthen their independence, self-esteem, and ability to participate in and contribute to community life.
Continuum Behavioral Health		https://www.autismspectrumalliance.com/	The mission of Continuum Behavioral Health is to expand the availability and access to culturally-sensitive behavioral health services for individuals living with autism, behavioral disorders, learning differences, and other developmental disabilities through high-quality, individually programmed/designed behavioral health services.
Easter Seals		Easterseals Community and Disability Services	Easterseals provides essential services and on-the-ground supports from early childhood programs for the critical first five years, to autism services, to medical rehabilitation and employment programs, to veterans’ services, and more.

Ray Graham Association		Ray Graham Association \| Empowering People with Disabilities	Ray Graham Association provides therapeutic programs, family support resources, neighborhood living, life-skills training, and employment opportunities.

The Arc Illinois		The Arc of Illinois \| Disability Assistance, Programs & Advocacy	The Arc offers resources and information, supports families in their individual advocacy efforts, and trains and educates people with disabilities, families, and professionals among other things.
UCP Seguin		UCP Seguin Mission & History	Seguin ensures that adults with disabilities can live and socialize within their community, by offering residential services in multiple small, community-based homes, and also supports their physical and mental well-being and vocational needs with training centers across the region.
