Summer Day Camp Guide
Our day camp guide was mailed to all active participants in the day camp age group and should have already arrived in mailboxes. View the online version here.
ePACT Emergency Form
All SEASPAR participants are required to complete an Emergency Form in ePACT, our HIPAA-compliant emergency information software, and reconfirm it each year. If you’ve already completed or reconfirmed it for this year, thank you! If not, we will need that done before we can accept your day camp registration.

Communication with Teachers
In order to provide the smoothest transition between your child’s school and camp experiences, we will reach out to your child’s teacher, if you give us permission to do so. This is done in the ePACT form. Please double-check that you’ve entered the teacher’s contact information and checked the box to give us permission to reach out to them.
Registration
Summer day camp registration is first-come, first-served.

Registrations will also be accepted via email (adminstaff@seaspar.org) and fax (630.960.7601). We provide a fillable PDF registration formClicking this link will open a PDF document. for your convenience. Please download the form and save it to your computer before completing.
All participants will be automatically waitlisted and added in order as space is available. We will reach out within a week of registration with an update.
Registration does not guarantee enrollment.
Fee Assistance Program
Families requesting fee assistance have two options:
- Register online and pay the entire amount due in full, then be refunded the amount of fee assistance awarded.
- Register in person, via email, or via fax, and only pay the amount due after the fee assistance has been awarded.

Eligible Non-Residents
Registrations from participants who belong to WDSRA or are unincorporated may be submitted at any time, but will be processed beginning Friday, March 27. Online registration is not available to these participants.
