Registration is now open for SEASPAR’s fall 2021 programming season! The fall season – and guide – cover programming being offered from September 20 through December 12.
Offerings include a wide selection of in-person programs and events to get you engaged, plus the return of your favorite virtual programs to keep you active at home. Many virtual programs remain free of charge!
Registration for all programs is lottery-based. Enrollment is not guaranteed.
In order to remain adaptive to changes in COVID-19 mitigations, SEASPAR’s in-person programming for fall has been planned with special care. In-person programs will be offered in compliance with current federal, state, and local government mandates and guidelines. Depending on the program, group sizes may be limited, programs may be offered in an alternative virtual format, program dates may change, or programs may be cancelled. Virtual programs are not impacted and will proceed as planned regardless of current mitigation measures.
In order to register for in-person programs, a participant must successfully complete an assessment to determine eligibility or voluntarily provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Staff will follow up to discuss your assessment and outcome. Please do not attempt to register before you have learned the outcome of the assessment or have submitted proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Please do not complete a participant assessment again if you were previously approved for in-person programming of any type. Wellness screening questionnaires are no longer administered by staff upon arrival at program. Instead, caregivers are required to complete a seasonal Wellness Screening Agreement at the time of registration. This agreement is part of the registration form or can be completed during online registration.

How to Register
The SEASPAR office is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Available registration options are:
- Mail or drop off your registration form and payment at the SEASPAR office, 4500 Belmont Road in Downers Grove (for after-hours convenience, there is a mail slot at the office entrance) OR
- Use our online registration system (please see note below) OR
- Fax registration form with credit card information completed (if applicable) to 630.960.7601 OR
- Email registration form with credit card information completed (if applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Download and complete the fall registration form. If you would like to complete the form on your computer, save it and open it with Adobe Reader. You can fill in the form, save it, and print it or email it to email@example.com.
Note: If you need an online account or have forgotten your user name or password, please call 630.960.7600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Credit card payment is required for fee-based programs with online registration (an account credit may also be used).
All registrants must have a 2021 Annual Information Form (AIF) on file with SEASPAR. If you have not yet submitted your AIF for 2021, please complete the AIF online or download an AIF to print and mail or email to email@example.com.
After Completing Your Registration
Your program confirmation will be mailed by September 3. Virtual program links will be emailed the week of September 13.
