Hi there, SEASPAR staff!
We’re looking forward to kicking off the summer with you at our Summer Inclusion Aide In-Service, which is now a required 2-day training. These trainings are mandatory for all inclusion aides. If you are unable to attend, you must complete the virtual training prior to your first shift. Please note that the virtual training is a basic New Hire Training and is not required for returning staff.

Day 2 will focus on the behavior management portion of your training. Please come prepared in:

- Athletic, closed-toe shoes
- No jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces)
- Hair tied back if needed
