Dear SEASPAR Participants and Families,
We hope your family is staying healthy and well. Safety has always been one of SEASPAR’s highest priorities and has continued to help guide our decision-making during this time. Based on the November 11th Illinois Department of Public Health recommendations to help decrease the positivity rate and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have determined a plan of action for the upcoming weeks.
To protect our participants, families, and staff, the following decisions have been made for the near future. Effective Saturday, November 14, 2020:
- All in-person programs will be paused until further notice. SEASPAR staff will make every effort to transition in-person programs to virtual programs for the time being. Impacted families will be contacted.
- Any credits or refunds will be communicated to impacted families once the length of this pause in programming is determined. To cancel from a program and request a refund now, please call 630.960.7600.
- The SEASPAR office remains open from 8:30 am–4:30 pm. Please call 630.960.7600 with questions or before making an in-person visit.
SEASPAR administration will continue to monitor official mandates and guidance from IDPH and other local health organizations to determine the next steps. We will maintain communication with you regarding credits and alert you of any additional changes in the guidelines that impact our programming. In the meantime, please follow the governor’s recommendations to protect yourself and others.
