Registration is now open for SEASPAR’s winter-spring programs and events!

We’re excited to offer the following new weekly programs:
- Music Lessons – Piano/Drums/Voice/Guitar/Music Enrichment for all ages on Thursdays in Downers Grove
- Sensational Senses for ages 3-10 on Mondays in Lisle
- Video Game Club for ages 11-15 in Darien
Online registration for all programs and events closes on Tuesday, January 2 at 4:30 p.m.
Participant Forms
We are now offering the option to complete your participant forms online!
These include the Annual Information Form, Seizure Plan, Transfer Plan, Diabetes Plan, and Fee Assistance Application. These forms, as well as the Special Olympics Application for Participation, are also available as fillable PDF forms.
