Registration is now open for the first session of SEASPAR’s winter-spring 2021 programming season! The first session – and guide – cover programming being offered from January 18 through March 7.
Offerings include virtual programs and events to keep participants active and engaged, plus all-new in-person programs and events. Many virtual programs remain free of charge!
Registration for all programs is lottery-based. Enrollment is not guaranteed.
In order to remain adaptive to changes in COVID-19 mitigations, SEASPAR’s in-person programming for winter-spring session 1 has been planned with special care. In-person programs will be offered in compliance with current federal, state, and local government mandates. Depending on the program, group sizes may be limited, programs may be offered in an alternative virtual format, program start dates may be delayed, or programs may be cancelled. Virtual programs are not impacted and will proceed as planned regardless of current mitigation measures.
Payment for in-person programs is not required at the time of registration. Payment will be collected if and when the programs begin and will be prorated accordingly. SEASPAR staff will be in contact with you prior to the planned in-person programming start date to communicate any necessary changes. If a program is cancelled or you do not opt into an alternative format, you will not be charged the program fee.
In order to register for in-person programs, a participant must successfully complete an assessment to determine eligibility. Complete the assessment online. Staff will follow up to discuss your assessment and outcome. Please do not attempt to register before you have learned the outcome of the assessment. Please do not complete this assessment again if you were previously approved for in-person programming of any type.

How to Register
The SEASPAR office is open to visitors from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Available registration options are:
- Mail or drop off your registration form and payment at the SEASPAR office, 4500 Belmont Road in Downers Grove (for after-hours convenience, there is a mail slot at the office entrance) OR
- Use our online registration system (please see note below) OR
- Fax registration form with credit card information completed (if applicable) to 630.960.7601 OR
- Email registration form with credit card information completed (if applicable) to email@example.com.
Note: If you need an online account or have forgotten your user name or password, please call 630.960.7600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Credit card payment is required for fee-based programs with online registration (an account credit may also be used).
All registrants must have a 2021 Annual Information Form (AIF) on file with SEASPAR. If you have not yet submitted your AIF for 2021, please complete the AIF online or download an AIF to print and mail or email to email@example.com.

After Completing Your Registration
Your receipt, program confirmation, and any virtual program links will be emailed to you the week of January 11.
