March Spotlight: Molly Sosnowski
This March, we are proud to shine the SEASPAR Spotlight on Molly Sosnowski — a true athlete, leader, and friend within our community.
Molly has been involved in SEASPAR programs for many years and continues to distinguish herself in Special Olympics athletics. This season, she earned a bronze medal at the State Golf Tournament, highlighted by an exceptional 50-foot putt — a defining moment that demonstrated both skill and composure under pressure. Beyond her individual accomplishments, Molly models sportsmanship and leadership, consistently encouraging her teammates and fostering a positive, supportive team environment. Her athletic growth reflects not only personal dedication, but the impact of structured, competitive recreation opportunities within SEASPAR’s programming.
In addition to her athletic involvement, Molly currently serves as the Recording Secretary for the SEASPAR Kiwanis Aktion Club. In this leadership role, she demonstrates strong attention to detail through thorough and organized note-taking, while also contributing creative ideas that elevate club initiatives. She regularly designs artwork for Aktion Club dance fundraisers, adding a thoughtful and artistic touch to events that support service projects and community impact.
Molly’s presence extends across nearly every corner of SEASPAR — from dances and special events to trips and weekly programs. She is a staple in virtual offerings such as Work-In, Yoga with Jen, and Karaoke, where her bright smile and joyful personality light up the screen. She is also a loyal Bingo participant, always ready to join in whether it’s a special event or a weekly program.
Most importantly, Molly is a wonderful friend. She is funny, caring, thoughtful, and always encouraging others. She builds up fellow participants, celebrates their successes, and leads by example. You can often find her matching with her best friend Michelle Kruse, bringing double the energy and spirit wherever they go.
Molly embodies what SEASPAR is all about — participation, leadership, friendship, and heart. We are lucky to have her as part of our SEASPAR family.
