We may be stuck at home now, but we’re looking forward to getting out and about this summer! Registration is now open for summer programs and events, plus day camp.
Program Updates
There have been two updates to special event offerings since the program guide was printed:
- The GroveFest youth event on Saturday, June 20 has been replaced with a trip to Enchanted Castle for some games, rides, and of course FUN! Afterwards, we’ll be heading to Sonic for a quick snack. The event fee is $40. Please bring additional money for food. This event is open to ages 10-15. Transportation is available from Lemont (1:00-6:30 pm), Denning (1:30-6:00 pm), or SEASPAR (2:00-5:30 pm).
- The Eyes to the Skies Festival adult event on Sunday, July 5 has been replaced with a trip to the Morton Arboretum. There are plenty of trails for an easy stroll with friends as we enjoy a nature scavenger hunt. We will also take a ride and enjoy 9 miles of their paved roads that wind through the Arboretum with stunning views. The Morton Arboretum is a place of beauty, magnificent landscapes, and a backdrop of stately trees that deliver visual memories for a lifetime with your friends. The event fee is $70. Please bring $20 for lunch. This event is open to ages 16 and older. Transportation is available from Lemont (10:30 am-5:30 pm), Denning (11:00 am-5:00 pm), or SEASPAR (11:30 am-4:30 pm).
Registration Updates
Please note that the SEASPAR office remains closed until further notice, so in-person registration is not allowed, and registration forms cannot be dropped off. Available options are:
- Use our online registration system (please see notes below).
- Mail your registration.
- Email your registration to adminstaff@seaspar.org.
In order to use the online registration system, you must have registered for SEASPAR programs before. First-time registrants must mail or email their registration. Credit card payment is required for online registration. Non-residents (or those served by the WDSRA intergovernmental agreement) may not register online. If you need an online account or have forgotten your user name or password, please email mmason@seaspar.org.
All registrants must have a 2020 Annual Information Form (AIF) on file with SEASPAR. If you completed one for winter-spring programming, you are all set! If you do not have an AIF on file, please complete the AIF online or download an AIFClicking this link will open a PDF document. to print and mail or email to adminstaff@seaspar.org.
If you were impacted by winter-spring season cancellations and did not request a refund, you will have a credit on your account. Your credit will be available to use for any future registration, including summer registration. You can view your credit during online registration, or email mmason@seaspar.org to request your credit amount if registering offline.
