Summer Day Camp Counselors

We’re currently hiring Summer Day Camp Counselors for the 202 Summer Season. Day Camp Counselors are responsible for program implementation, supervision and safety of SEASPAR participants, property, equipment, and monies while working community-based therapeutic recreation programs.

Inclusion Aides

We’re currently hiring Inclusion Aides, who are responsible for supporting and assisting one or more individuals with a disability requiring specialized intervention in order to participate in our member entities’ programs. Opportunities are available for preschool, before- and after-school programs, sports, day camp, and other recreation programs!

We are especially in need of Inclusion Aides in the communities of Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove, La Grange, and Lisle. Inclusion Aide applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Experience working with people with disabilities may be required.

EAGLES Assistant

We’re currently searching for an assistant for our EAGLES program. The EAGLES Assistant is responsible for assisting with the EAGLES Adult Day Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Lemont. This includes providing a safe, learning environment for the participants and staff, assisting the coordinator and leader with program planning and lesson plans, and purchasing supplies.

Program Assistants

We’re also looking for Program Assistants, who advocate for our participants while helping them safely engage in activities including fitness, arts, community outings, dances, organized sports, and much more. Opportunities are available for evening and weekend weekly programs and special events.

Program Assistant applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Although experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, no formal experience is required.
