On November 11, 2022, SEASPAR Steel athletes received all-new custom jerseys in time for the 2023 United States Power Soccer Association (USPSA) season. The custom jerseys were specially designed to meet the needs of power soccer athletes. The new jerseys feature the new vibrant logo and player number high above safety equipment, which would cover markings on a typical jersey. The jersey also features the "SEASPAR Athletics" brandmark, which represents the introduction of the sport and its athletes into the SEASPAR Athletics family.
The special care given to the production of each jersey resulted in a higher cost per unit. Luckily, funding was made possible thanks in part to a DoubleGood Popcorn Fundraiser held in 2021. The fundraiser is but one example of how the generosity of SEASPAR's communities directly impacts the lives of participants.
The occasion also marked the official reveal of the team's all-new branding, an undertaking 1-year in the making. The team name, SEASPAR Steel, comes from SEASPAR's proximity to the rail system and the metal-clad powerchairs the athletes use in a game.
